Vendor Interest/Pre-Application Form

Arts & Crafts Vendors:

Food Vendors:

Non-Profit Groups:

· Send a letter with a full list of your proposed menu.

· Send at least one (1) NON-RETURNABLE photo of your booth set up.

· The NC Apple Festival accepts only non-profits headquartered in Henderson County who serve Henderson County residents, with a guarantee that all funds raised at the festival will remain to serve the needs of Henderson County.

Business Inquiries:

· The NC Apple Festival does not have business or commercial spaces available, with the exception of sponsors of $3,000 or more. These sponsors are restricted to promotion of their business only—no sales or fund raising are permitted.

Apple Growers:

· Requests are accepted only from North Carolina Growers meeting the requirements of the NC Apple Growers Association. Preference is given to growers located in Henderson County.

Interested Vendors..

for the 2008 festival!

A Special Note to Vendors:  We do not accept telephone or e-mail requests for vendor applications. If you wish to be placed in this year’s festival or for possible openings in future festivals, please PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFO VIA U.S. POSTAL SERVICE MAIL:

· All items in booth must be made by selling vendor.

· Send a letter with a brief description of your merchandise/products.

· Include at least 3 NON-RETURNABLE photos of your merchandise.

· Include at least 1 NON-RETURNABLE photo of your booth set up.

· Provide us with a list of festivals you have participated in within the past year along with contact names where we can obtain references.

· We do not allow mass produced, purchased for assembly and resale, or consignment merchandise.
